• October 13-16, 2011 – Aspen, CO. During John Denver Tribute week Ron entertained fans throughout the weekend at the Mountain Chalet and Limelight Lodge. He entertained song requests of John Denver music ranging from well-known popular songs to more obscure music as well as participating in energetic jam sessions with other musicians.
  
• Aug., Sept., Oct., 2011 – House concerts in Canon City, Colorado, Nolensville, Tennessee and Delevan, NY. Solo and duo performances.
  
• At The Stage in Warsaw, NY. Mix of 90's country, pop and folk, songs by John Denver, Randy Travis, Garth Brooks, Kenny Rogers and other well-known pop and country artists. Included Ron Matthews original tunes. 2 hours, 3-musician set with percussion.

General guidelines regarding the contracting of Ron Matthews' musical services:

Pricing/fees

Performance fees generally range from $150 to $500 per performance, depending on length of program, number of musicians wanted and, in some cases, type of venue (casual or elegant). These prices are guidelines, please call for the package and pricing that suits your needs.

Typical sets:
	90 minutes or less
	Over 90 minutes (typically 2 hours, includes intermission)

Available combos:
	Solo (Ron with 6- or 12-string guitar, or both)
	2-musician performance (Ron with 2nd guitarist & vocal harmony, or Ron with percussionist)
	3-musician performance (Ron with 2nd guitarist, vocal harmony and percussionist)

Any performance less than 30 minutes (i.e. wedding, memorial, etc.), please call to discuss specifics and pricing.

Some fees and charges can vary or are negotiable, depending on a variety of factors, including:

	length and type of program
	distance traveled
	transportation costs
	holiday performances
	custom playlist at client request
	multiple engagements in same local area

Timberway Music, representing Ron Matthews, and the contracting party will agree to all costs before the date of the performance(s) by contract. All cost agreements, including pricing, fees, travel expenses, transportation, lodging, rental of equipment or instruments, etc., will be submitted in the contract upon agreement. Timberway Music will provide a contract after terms and conditions are agreed upon by both parties. Both parties will sign all contracts in duplicate.

Deposit amount is negotiable and may or may not be required. Payment of the balance due will be made immediately after the concert or performance. Checks shall be written payable to either Ron Matthews or Timberway Music.

Transportation & Lodging

For performances and concerts outside of a 100-mile radius, travel expenses may apply.

For performances and concerts outside of a 300-mile radius, lodging expenses may apply, or lodging may need to be provided.

Sound equipment

Ron Matthews and company are happy to use any or all vocal mics and instrument direct input cables provided by the venue or contracting party. If none are available, Timberway Music will provide the basics as needed: Amplifier for vocals and instruments, vocal mic(s), cables, extension cords, speakers, monitor(s). A power source is required.
